Um.. itโs arp 7th 2019, does universally sanctioned mean for all other groups i make? I didnโt know about this rulebook either (not that i at all looked)..
If i can start new thatโd be nice but if not i understando
universally sanction him to strip him off his ability to form relations and declare war on others, rendering his magic and moonlord useless in combat
