download imovie and instant buttons, then you will see 3 dots, click it, then click share, and then you will see IMovie there if you click it you can add the sound where ever movie you want to put it (for ios only i think but its possible on android too i think) but you have to make a movie first

You cant make it on android the imovie app is only for ios. I dont know about gifs on imovie but you do need sticknodes pro but you get sounds already so i dont know whats the point of even typing this.
