      He lifts his hand then a can teleports in his hand then when he throws it, the can doesn’t even follow through…

      Since I’m no pro animator I can’t give you tips. But tweening is amazing for beginners, so use it more often

      The issue in this scene is the stiff movement. Work on flow of the objects. Also anticipate the throw a little.
