Its a start, just keep testing to see what works, personally I dont like the dash effect because it looks weird, an alternate is to blur the Stickfigure sideways and fade out as they slow.

first, needs a floor or some bg, otherwise it just seems like a bunch of nothingness
try not to do very long pauses, especially with GIFs, just slows down the pace
Not bad, could use some work. Maybe you should shorten the pauses. And please, leave the randomness to me. Otherwise, it has some potential.
