I don’t really have a colour palette lol, and the only other yellow ish I’m using is the gold coin, would that be a problem with them being not the same shade do you suppose?
Ye. It would actually. Like imagine 8-bit game. 8 bit sprites have limited colour palette and limited sizes. Keep colours similar to keep that retro look.

It would help to see a screenshot of what red looks like, but I do think yellow would look more….natural? There isn’t really anything natural about spikes though so idk
