It would be a waste of resources if we were to clone a normal creature.

We would need to feed the stupid thing as it grows. Also we would need to produce cloning technology, which is completely useless to us considering the fact that we are robotic in nature. For you…perhaps not, but we do not need such tech to replicate ourselves.

And we manufacture robotics while also being run by robots. We don’t really care about the humans “world hunger” as that doesn’t matter to us.
