How did the OPM get featured instead of Another Futuristic Interface HUD?

  well first off, the screenshots don’t help much unless you took them at 12:01am (or whatever time the feature is chosen overnight)
  
  but also, read the text in that box on those stickfigure pages with the thumbs up/down buttons, votes contribute to the feature as well

      also, I didn’t realize, but you’re comparing weekly downloads
      
      the other pack got all those downloads in 1 day, the HUD one had been up for a day and it took 2 days to reach that level
      
      features are based on daily peformance
