If I’m being honest and be warned i’m only giving my honest opinion here.

I think this is pretty crappy, mainly because the design of the OC is dull and has pretty much nothing added to it. Also another thing is the cliché use of some yellow electricity powers, and the main abilities are a dash and a bunch of punches but the viewer can’t see because its too fast, which is very unoriginal.

And lastly the forms thing is almost supposed to be intriguing and interesting, to make the viewer go, wow thats pretty gosh darn insane, take this for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xznoI1cqnCE

Resident evil 2 will b, is some crazy sh*t and is actually intriguing to see what the next form is, whereas when you look at these OCs and see these boring, stronger versions of the OCs it makes you hate forms for OCs.

My advice is to stick with the idea, change up a few things here and there, and dont add anything to overpowered, people and things do have limits, nothing you see in movies or shows have pretty much no limits and you need to account for how plausible it is.
