Not really, the biggest Russian ally in there is China, the rest are just economic partners, and Brazil has been distancing from Russia and China under Bolsonibba’s rule.

Look up CSTO and Shangai Cooperation Organization, that might help.

I know, Russia’s main allies are CSTO and SCO, for American allies theres NATO and TIAR, also including Australia, South Korea, Japan, and the Philippines.
