Overall aight movie but the whole “evil AI from some mystical gem who wants a flesh body oh but wait the good guy AI wasn’t actually dead the whole time” thing got too ass-pull for my liking, but good smashy-smash action

Spider-Man Homecoming (2017)
Overall fun movie, only have seen the original-ass Spider-Man movie from years ago, this was a lot fresher and more “fun”. Annoying friend who can’t keep a secret trope is annoying af tho. Also of course only the bad guy is the only one with at least half a working brain cell and can figure out who Spider-Man is. Good time tho

Enjoyable movie, like the first. Definitely weirder and more “wacky” than typical Avengers stuff, curious how they will blend with the rest of the cast eventually. Didn’t know Froppy was in GotG2 tho. [8.5/10]

Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
Definitely didn’t go in expecting too much, Thor kinda boring, but the movie was good. Funny, good pace, action. Weird combo of characters I mean why even have Dr. Strange there for the whole 2 minutes of screen time. Lol’d a few times tho. Loki still big gey. [8.5/10]

Infinity War (2018)
Finally I understand so many references now. First off Loki big gey and is now big dead so +1 point right off the bat. Thanos is a lot more smarter and articulate than I thought he was from memes. Somehow they kept Iron Man and Captain America separate for the whole movie so he couldn’t whoop that ass real quick so -1 point. Also that Squidward dude was too badass for his own good rip him. Good action and flow whole movie though, am impress. Wish it didn’t end up being (1) “oh man u kill my girlfriend let me get emotional and ruin the whole plan to save THE UNIVERSE” and (2) “ah shit you beat us here’s the green stone pls don’t push our shit in once i give it to you” and a little more, you know, “heroes” not doing that shit. [9/10]
Ralph’s edit after Endgame: Okay so doctor dude has his reasons for giving up the stone. Still the little bitch move by StarBitch was still bad.

An aight movie. Ant-Man dude is kinda funny. The chick from Lost has good combat scenes too. That ending though oof. [7.5/10]

Avengers Endgame (2019)
First up props because they handled such a large cast of characters very well and didn’t skimp on the battle scenes. Liked the throwback to older movies with the retrieving of the stones stuff. Thanos is massive OP even without gauntlet pls nerf, also I feel like doctor-bro could have just banished him to the shadow realm since he didn’t have the gauntlet anymore but whatever. Funny-ass moments throughout. Professor Hulk good comedy action. Thor honestly the character that grew on me the most throughtout the movies, thought he’d be more “god”-ish and boring but my dude turned it around with humor and badassery. My understanding is Captain Marvel is MCU’s Goku aka OP and bullshit which is why they had to give an excuse for her not to be around for 90% of the movie, aka classic DBZ move as well. RIP body-suit girl. Hunk Muffin Stark died a heroes death and I only cried for 20 minutes. Meanwhile Captain Bitchass decided to abandon everyone and go live out a peaceful life because he’s a little hoe, as expected. [9.5/10] [-0.5 because Iron Man got got]

And that’s that. Now I can finally understand all these MCU references that I see every day all day.

I’ll probably watch Spider-Man Far From Home soon just so I can finish up properly.

Idk how they’re gonna continue the MCU honestly. The upcoming movies look eh as they’ve killed off the best character, and worst character (essentially) and the over-arching plot seems done.
