@ralph could you add like, a sideways gradient? When you put nodes facing up and you can just add gradients to the side without creating a separate node? It would really help out making detailed, smart-stretch figures.

Tbh would see nice to just have ability to set gradient’s angle. Would also allow more unique effects.
setting the angle is doable but thing is, it would require sin/cos calculations for every single segment being rendered
thats potentially a big performance hit which is why i don’t do that
a toggle for “sideways gradient” however is more feasible, at least with some segments, i’ll see
Speaking of angles. White taking a dump (completely unrelated but gets your attention, stonks) I had moment of realisation. Why the hell is the angle going clockwise? Like, plus is on right, minus on left. Yet when angle increases, it spins left.
