    Ok, I’m back people!
    *Waits for an audience cheer, gets none, cries*
    OK, so my map is going well! I made some H U G E land mass and I’m like 17% done with a GIANT Mushroom biome. It is goin’ pretty well.
    Thanksgiving went well. Saw my Aunt, Uncle, and both of my cousins and my brother. I could’ve bring my crush but my mom didint know if there would be enough food. (There was WAY more than enough.) She said if she knew that there were going to be that much then she would’ve allowed me to bring her.
    I also want food.

    I’ve been thinking of some depressing stuff latley. See, I have anxiety, depression, autism. I was thinking of cutting but I thought, “NO! I won’t do that instead let’s draw on my arm. I couldn’t find a marker so I just tried to get my self distracted. I also cant get morbid images out of my head. I hate it. I’m not going into detail.

    • Instead of thinking of those morbid things, try thinking of your love for your best friend. Maybe they hanging out with them more (if possible). If there is a “problem” or something with your friend think about any fun things you used to do with them.

    • work on something creative every day, or in general work on something you enjoy doing (a hobby)

      makes you feel productive each day, and reward yourself with doing something you enjoy (gaming/watching you some weeb anime or something) but keep to a schedule of some sort

      (work/hobby during the afternoon, super happy fun times with a snacky snack at night)

      schedules are neat and help you plan your days, feel better about produtivity/feeling good, and give you something to look forward to

    • Honsitly I thought that last part only i was experiencing , to some extent without the cutting.

      Mate all I can say to help is to try and take your mind off of the morbid stuff. Watching TV (anime works a treat for me somehow) , playing games , drawing etc.

        We will always be there.
        Also know that life is like a roller coaster, and it will always get better.
        Caring about other people helps me if I’m really sad (sometimes) you should at least try it.
