My parents are being MEGA strict. Its really giving me anxiety.
I’m thinking about certain stuff.
I say, my super good friend. Something was visibly off with her. I asked what was wrong, are you okay. She gave me nothing on that. So I decided to leave it be and give her some space. But next time I see her and something is still up I’m going to try to comfort her more.

I do think you should talk to them if something is off again.
Most of the time people will talk about their troubles if you pry enough because deep down they do need somebody to talk too.
This is just my advice tho, so you can take it, or not.
I’m just basing my knowledge off of scientific research and slight personal experience from the depressed side.
