A) frame png and than put them together , if yes, I did
B) any other method by just screemscreening (chroma-key), if yes, I did
C) any other method, probably no one.

A) frame png and than put them toget
What I did is I made animation in Stick Nodes.
Exported it as transparent image sequence which then I put in the editor.
In the editor I can make things in 2 and 3 dimensional space simultaneously. So I imported the City. Put the camera down, then moved it in a way that matched the SN animation.
Basically 3d animation with 2d picture glued onto camera.
