They just repeat the same story over and over but with different characters and better quality cinematics.
A lot of people mistake a show or a film or anything media related as, if it has good cinematics and good actors it is naturally good when actually it should be judged on story not just cinematics.

I was considering watching Dragon Ball again from the start but than I realised that actually like you said it seems repetitive and I think i’ve had enough Anime for a while. Nonetheless Jojos Bizarre Adventure was good. Just got to wait on Stone Ocean.

Jojo in my opinion was good, but personally I believe part 3,1 and 5 were a bit boring, part 2 and 4 were my favorites, part 1 was amazing, part 5 was decent, and part 3….believe it or not, was half decent in my opinion.

Thats understandable
Part 1 is good in the sense that it explains the story behind it all and instead of throwing gay looking colourful men like in part 2 they had it themed in the 1800’s which is pretty cool
Part 2 was slightly draggy at times but ultimately a much more fun take to hamon and the enemies what with aztec strong cavemen. Also Joseph Joestar is introduced and he’s important up to Part 4 because he is the dad of Josuke.
Part 3 is quite a bit draggy and can be boring although with the introduction of stands and fairly memorable characters it’s a pretty fun watch and a lot of Jojo memes originate from part 3.
Part 4 is by far my favourite part because they have all kinds of stuff here and there isn’t just one big villain there are multiple villains that have been made a big deal out of like Angelo and Chilli Pepper. The introduction to Kira and his transitions over time is also really neat along with his abilities like Bite Za Dusto and Heart attack.
Part 5 is pretty cool and pretty because it’s set in Italy the visuals we get is really nice and the art style had really grown by Part 5 so it’s nice to look at. As for plot it is an interesting take but still pretty cool to have requiem stands. A bit draggy and at one point I left for a while because it just felt like part 3 with enemies non-stop and long 2 episode battles if not more.
Over all it’s a good series and knowing the references really gives you extra respect amongst the jojo community.
I gave up on it a long time ago
