still think you should specifically say “tweening on” or off because the project you make holding all of these MCs is gonna determine if the MCs use tweening or not
some people may animate without tweening then once you turn it on they have flickering figures or something odd

I’m always able to separate tweens and non tweens. But it would be awesome if you made something that I’m able to make movieclips tween or not without being affected by project settings

i’d like to allow them to be independent of that but that’s the same issue with letting them have custom FPS, the timing gets all potentially incredibly complicated especially with delays :/
