team empire. The only reason why people don’t like them is because they are about to behead you for a crime that one gal you kill later assumes you did. Other than that, solitude is a really nice place that tries it’s best to support it’s own laws.

I did forget about that side of the battle but as seen in whiterun the empire doesn’t seem to care if people are secretly or openly worshiping Talos. From what I remember from the game, the empire might still be rebuilding itself so that it can eventually overthrow the elves as seen in various instances of the empire and it’s people not fully bending to the rules of those disgusting thalmor.

Well its not liked the stormcloaks want to destroy the empire, they just want them out of skyrim. The whole civil war could have been avoided if ulfric just yknow… ASKED the high king at that time to join their cause, he would’ve been all for it.
