funny thing is, I actually remember bringing up a similar issue back when I was younger in school
got sent to the nurse then went home and doctor’s in the next couple days but it never ended up being anything just a kid being annoying (me)
honestly could have just been literal growing pains aka you’re growing

Might be stress, I had an issue like that and I was quite stressed about that time
I forgot to mention that there’s nothing wrong with my heart, they did a test a while ago and everything is great. I still just don’t have a real answer but I’m assuming Ralph is right, or it’s just stress like someone else said.

It depends on what kind of pain it is. Does it just happen suddenly and instantly let go? Then that’s probably neurosis caused by stress. If it’s constant solid pain it could even be artery disease. It also depends if it’s like pressure, stabbing etc.
