good base, but i would first tone down the colors to look less AHHH up in your face (pants mainly)
the rounded-segment look on the torso/elbows/hands/feet (as in, you just colored the individual segments and called them “clothes”) is very eh – he looks like a STICK-figure still
give him “actual” clothes, this is where a bunch of static segments come in to build clothing on the limbs
now, this is assuming you care about this
you may be fine with this dude and he fit your style in which case, disregard
but in terms of, for example, being “accepted onto the website for downloading” – it would have to stand out and be more professionally made
