Hmm.. Explain his Universe.
That Tactical Guy
He went into a war only to be left abandoned.
He was a remnant of a task force after a nuclear bomb took the city down.
He is on borderline to being crazy.
He suffers from PTSD, but can of course operate from it.
He has a arsenal of weaponry in his bunker
Some, he just made himself.
He is loud, he is like that Bomber dude from TF2.
He doesn’t drink alcohol or do drugs, if it were to exist in a wasteland.
He stands 6’7″.

Sometimes he wears a juggernaut suit, to be made soon.
His universe sets on a planet, in a small city
This universe works like the milky way, but it is much more bigger. The civilization is almost the same.
