I’ve kinda just concluded that I will get people to vote on a spotlight daily, and if it doesn’t even recieve 5 votes, I will make a list once we reach the end and it will show the animations that havent recieved a rating. Aside from that, we outta move onto the next spotlight.

It isn’t even in English which will come a bit as a suprise considering the fucking title is in English it’s title is in english aside from the last part. Now I ain’t pulling out translate to figure out the story, so I just won’t vote on story on this one. Well I will figure out what I think about this one, cause I don’t remember it at all. It just looks like a bootleg DBZ to me right now.
