I don’t think there’s one but there’s still rules.
Just because you’re able to do someting, doesn’t mean you should basically.
Btw there’s currently 16852 users.
Even if it took you five seconds to fetch each ping name… That would take you almost 24h to do so…
and considering how going from one user page, copying, then going to another would take around 10 seconds then double that time…
Assuming you’d do this non stop 2 hours a day, this whole operation would take you around a month.
Mix in constant batch of new users coming too throughout the month.

tbh considering how bad my memory is idk if you’re gonna ping everyone or not but wrote those statistics just in case.
