Because scarf figures are, for the most part, extremely bland, overused, and usually accompanied by a character with equally bland and generic backstory, most scarves only have plain, single color segments that adds nothing to detail, ocasionally some different shape or gradients or whatever, but it doesnt help when people just slap a bland scarf on a basic boring base fig as “detail” and call it a day, which is the case of the majority of scarf users, people that take a base fig, add some colors and zero details and just roll a scarf around the neck, it’s zero effort and extremely overused since it’s so easy to make.

Hell, at least some should add even minimal details or pieces of clothing to the fig to make it decent.
