this is super specific but, I’m sort of the “class clown” at my school and I’m kinda just the type of person where I’m just ‘friend with anyone’ type of person. The problem with that is that some people

also want to be seen as the ‘class clown’ type persona. So what they do is:

“instead of thinking of original cool things to do with
other people I’m just gonna watch this kid make a joke and say the exact same thing in the exact same manner and way to other people”

and yes ik, its kind of a compliment, they enjoy the joke so much they want to tell it to others and yes, I copy jokes from other people to but I add my own personality and comments into the joke
where as the person copying me literally does
