Kikuno is a weakling who shows no strength in any Jutsu and was born with bones to weak to practice Taijutsu. He’s basically useless. His eyes don’t reveal anything and he seems to have no power whatsoever. His parents and grandparents were these special people who did great things during their times and everyone expects him to do the same. He can’t. When his weakness gets his father killed he vows to erase all evil. He gives up his band and forms a new clan called the Taira. He creates a new eye that takes power from whoever he sees and gives him their power. This makes him crazy powerful and he uses his power to rescue the weak and defenseless. He gets into trouble with Konoha shortly because he saves someone the Anbu were sent to kill. Afterwards now he is on the list and everyone is out to get him. Sasuke’s grandson one of Kikuno’s old friends comes after him to bring him back….
