you shouldn’t have to if you did already, you should also see in Google Play if you go to the SN app it doesn’t say “buy”
if it does give you trouble I can give you a code
my thinking is a clean install will work, because some old setting might not be playing nice with the update and idk why (I’ll have to fix it, but if this works, it confirms that is likely the issue)
Replying to:ItzQwertyYeah, still doesn't work.It normally doesnt take more than a
hm
as a gag i just uninstalled and downloaded from the Play Store, clean install, works fine, takes 5 seconds to load on that screen
i can’t figure this one out, because there’s not even any crashes reported to the analytics
I just pushed out 3.1.1 which fixes a few other issues, maybe just the apk is somehow messed up and this update will accidentally or otherwise fix this
it’ll be live any minute/hour now, when you get it pls try and let me know here
mainly because it wasn’t *technically* my fault, it was something i fixed the other day, in fact (an asset folder had a lowercase where it should have been an uppercase)
but my compiler/Android Studio had cached the folder’s old name…so even though i changed it, it didn’t matter
AND this particular bug only affects 1) Pro, 2) official build (not test/debug builds), 3) SD/small resolutions only
so I never experienced it under normal use, ever
ho-lee fuk was this annoying to track down
3.1.2 coming now lol @ 3.1.1 shortest SN update ever
cc @arcionek i fixed the bug without you happy birthday
You aren’t worthy enough yet.
Seriously though is there a way to fix this?

this seems unrelated to the other issue and I’m honestly a little confused right now
can you give me info, is it Free/Pro
what device, Android version, rooted, etc
uninstall SN and reinstall it cleanly (it won’t delete your files on Android, as long as you don’t have some kind of “file cleaner” app installed)
also, did you have a custom skin enabled
No,I didn’t

Oof.At least it’s fixed now
ps thanks for info
i looked up your device and saw the low resolution, made me think that’s why only some people are having the problem (SD assets vs HD assets)
I buy you a virtual beer
and or cake, depending on age
Cake time
@ralph ,still waiting on 3.1.2
no, you dont have to repurchase as purchases are stored on the Google Play account.
Meaning you can even use the app across different devices.
