Well, not every day, because that wouldn’t allow any time for your muscles to heal and grow

I’ve been sticking to calisthenics and weight loss but now that i’ve lost most of the weight I think i’m going to need to do weights as well.
My results are: 3 stone lost and from 5 push-ups to 25.
