            I’ve been sticking to calisthenics and weight loss but now that i’ve lost most of the weight I think i’m going to need to do weights as well.

            My results are: 3 stone lost and from 5 push-ups to 25.

              Yeah, for me, it’s always been a battle AGAINST weight loss

              My metabolism is like the flash, and I’m constantly eating food in order to stay not skinny

              Like, once, I ate 2 whole pizzas and simply the physical act of grabbing a slice, taking a bite, chewing, then swallowing 16 times was enough for my body to lose 4 pounds

              I have always been perplexed about that
