Big guys with tiny heads and feet.
A Pinguin battle ready in swat suits.
A phone with small eyes and big feet.

Just to try thinning it out, what about ghosts, ghouls and demons(mini bosses) on a haunted stage, junkers and heavy junkers(mini bosses) on junkyard stage, and hovering bots, turret bots and a robot maniac(mini boss) on a tech stage?
I also forgot to mention a walking venus flytrap, a stone frog which stays on something firm, and a monstrous-looking flower with many plants surrounding it, throwing gases of charming perfume(mini boss).
