you used 2 rounded segments for the eyebrows
Used rounded segments for the eyes and either 1 rounded segment or polyfils to fill it in
You made the mouth outline with rounded segements and possibly polyfils or just a few other nodes to fill it in
You added an invisible segment under the mouth outline 270°,added a half ellipse for the top teeth and used a segment for the bottom teeth.

The eyebrows are curved so there was more than two being used.
