2020-09-14 00:44:51 UTC I know this has nothing to do with the site or SN like at all (I just want a platform to quickly share my idea to see if other people like it too so maybe we can suggest it to Disney, the owners of Star Wars) but like what if there was a Star Wars version of the game Starlight Tactics, which is a mobile game (it’s also free, and kinda fun if anyone’s into blowing shit up in a giant starship, no I’m not sponsored)
To be honest I just want to command an Imperial-I Star Destroyer and some TIE fighters and attack a Rebel Fleet, cause that sounds badass
Though I swear to god if Disney omits the “skirmish” mode which is perhaps the best thing in Starlight Tactics (in my opinion) I will drop dead

Oh I should mention Starlight Tactics is turn based combat basically
Do not expect to have a fast-paced breakneck speed fighter battle

Well if ship collisions is what you mean, if you’re stupid enough you can just fucking slam into enemy ships in starlight tactics, never really ends well though
Or if you’re big brain and playing against yourself on the pass and play mode because you have no friends you can make up a story as you go and pretend the ships got hacked and the navigation got rerouted to “fucking slam into another ship lmao”
If anyone’s still listening I’d totally be up to collaborating to create a list of Star Wars ships that could be added and a few specifications/upgrades they could have so that Disney could get a few ideas from us cause a Star Wars game without a ton of different ships would suck
