And you see, its because Dash Frames make the character seem lazy. We have been said they’re fast but never actually shown they’re fast. which is what I’m doing. I want Voltage to feel fast instead of adding a couple of dash frames and call it a day. That’s boring and makes the said speedster feel boring.
