I think this shape would be really helpful
how about making a moon shape
this is a half circle/ellipse but you can also adgust the inner thickness of the shape, this way we can make easier things like eyebrows or mustaches in less than 1/2 nodes, I think it could work as a -+ percentage where 100% is the normal half circle while 0% is invisible
