I does not but it’s a start and at leat you didn’t just add gradient arms and a scarf.
Add some accessory or hair along with altering the shape of the base maybe adding shoulders and a gap between the legs and bottom of the torso. Adding parts that separate it from being a base is what you’d want to go for if you want to stick with that simple design.
Very simple and Base , though the outline is a nice touch for now , and the little clouds are nice too
