If you long press on the [Delete Stickfigure] another option will soon pop us saying [Delete stickfigure and joined figures.] So if you have a figure with multiple other figures attached to it then you can get rid of it all quickly and easily.

That isn’t really hidden, in the newest update every button with a little clock in the corner means you can long press to do something
– long pressing copy figure lets you copy figure and joined
– long pressing paste segment lets you pick if you want to preserve the angle
and other buttons too
