ALSO THE REPUBLICS DONT HAVE NAMES, I should stop yelling, but yeah no names can’t come up with nothing.

This post will not cover the various rebel groups gangs and cartels who have declared war or at one point fought with the Viskans.
Also heads up, the viskans have changed, now their a professional miltary company with advanced lazer weapons and flying warship aircraft carriers, militarized sky pirates!
And some over tacticalized stuff going on too.

What It’s Like Here: brutally authoritarian, all power to the VPR! Patriotism is high and strictly enforced, Healthcare is free, all drugs are legal except for a list called “The 7 Deadly Drugs” (Felony charge if violated) war is politically justified, the police are a branch of the military, free housing (seeeeee its not thaaaaatt bad) NK style military marches and stuff like that, even a DMZ border, air pollution due to war and all that, and also forest fires because the lazer guns are a bit unpredictable,
Ai cameras and robot drones to monitor public activity,
And finnaly robot police units.
(If you want to know what that list is it’s not finished yet I only have 4 out of 7, still researching)

Summary of History:(LORE) originally formed in 2014 when a milita named “The Viskans” seceded from the union via a live televised speech held in Atlanta, (it was broadcasted on 15 different hijacked channels all being top news channels), the reasons why are complicated and is a whole separate post on its own, we would have to go all the way back to 1987 to know everything, but anyway, after the very bloody war in 2020 the first temporary peace treaty was signed between The Viskan Pirate Republics and The Union, allowing both sides to partially recover from the war,
It ended in 2021 and things went back to business, although the Viskans had spent this time also militarizing and innovated new war tactics.
Here we skip a few decades, for these were some of the most bloodiest and extreme parts of the war and it would take a very long paragraph to explain all the chaos, I will say though the Viskans capture oil rigs, which would be important later.
2040, a second peace treaty is signed for the same purpose as last time, but this one would last a decade, allowing the Viskans to build up the country and advance in military technology,
In 2050 Atlanta had been partially rebuilt, there was still damages but it was livable,
In 2054 the military had entered the 17th biggest military in the world, also around this time the Viskans started doing some NK style marches around Atlanta and neighboring captured cities, and even put flags all around the cities,
In 2059 the Viskans had completely fortified the border with The Union, basically making it a DMZ.
in 2060 Viskans showcased new war machine robots and even pulled an (MIDDLE EASTERN GROUP [IRAQ AND SYRIA] THAT SHALT NOT BE NAMED) and let the robots execute a few prisoners of war.
2061 Lazer weapons program begins.
2062 the viskans begin the new industrial revolution, manufacturing robots, and prototype lazer weapons.
2063 LD-63 is announced, and equipped in the miltary, not only that but 5% of the Viskan military is now robots
2064 new program that allows robot drones to monitor citizens (think of that annoying flying robot thing from half life 2, forget it’s name) AI camera system that keep data records of everything (China) and police robot units.
2065 to 2070, the government slowly got more strict, anti government protests were being shut down with force, a majority of the wealth went to the military, and the government has complete control over all farms, a famine begins.
2070 2073 the peace treaty expired, you know what happened, this is where the story begins.

LORE, JESS DEADGHOST ORIGIN

I figured since I’m gonna go inactive for a while might as well leave you guys with something interesting,
The origin of Jess and Deadghost,
2047, Atlas Airport Shootout, three armed men, (one noted to be the infamous Announcer, a man responsible for mutable robberies, and terrorist attacks, mostly targeted against the Monarchy, and later the Atlas Anarchist based their Ideologies from [real name] Michael Nuro, praising him for a incident im about to talk about, but basically he becomes God status within these Anarchists groups, a symbol of the movement, a revolutionary, dispite his immoral or criminal status.) After a gruesome 3 hour shootout leaving 54 officers dead, 69 citizens killed(Nice) , 47 injured, Announcer rushes onto the airway while police regroup to prevent further casualties, he hijacks a plane, and says he’s “gonna get us out of here”,
Jess and Deadghost reluctantly go along, for the have really no other choice, with the advanced police force underway, they would just get killed, and no means of escape beyond this plane,
Announcer makes it about 5 miles away, before the military calls in a Stealth Bomber to “Take care of it! NOW!”,
The nation goes into panic, fearing the worst, for the nation was already heavily affected by 2001 and the War on Terror, being one of the U.S Allies at the time (and until the Anarchist Takeover),
Before the bomber can make it, Announcer tells Jess and Deadghost to Jump out (with parachute of course), and later crashed into the International Federal Atlas Bank, (Also Head of the ATCS, The IRS of UTOA, because they fucked him over financially) the attack is devastating, and also sends the Anarchist protests into riots, Jess and Deadghost watch the chaos from above, Deadghost checks his phone and sees the ridiculous bounty on their heads, and also sees the Atlas News freaking out, he feels a sense of guilt for an attack he didn’t even know was going to happen, and has psychologically affected him worsening his drug abuse, meanwhile Jess just, stares, still prossesing the shootout form earlier, and probably has some form of PTSD,
Both later land atop a 13 story building, police await them, they defend themselves, and later after an intense raid, make it to the final floor, and to thier surprise, the Anarchist praise them, waiting outside the glass doors, and even protecting them from police while they make it across the city to the unground tunnels, they are also famous because the Anarchists wouldn’t have been able to get this far, without the terrorist attack,
While trying to make their way across the city the protests and riots start getting ever more violent with things such as tear gas and flash bangs being thrown, rubber bullets, to the point where people are getting ran over or beaten to death, turns to absolute anarchy in the streets, the anarchists quickly armed themselves for they have prepared for a long-awaited assault against the government, and it has finnaly begun,
The riots get so bad Jess gets PTSD×2 and Deadghost just looses himself and just starts killing as many Anarchist as possible abusing his powers, even the police are like “holy fuck”, like some violent ass show that I don’t know the name of, it’s DC,
Deadgost later just runs and looses himself within the underground tunnels,
Jess follows,
1 day after the incident, they break into some rich persons home at 3.AM, sneak across to the backyard, and steal a plane from the private hanger, their goal is to make it somewhere in south America, then get across to the U.S overtime.

This shit took me hours you guys have no idea how many scrapped version I have of this,

, (probably not even going to get an answer, like always but, whatever :/) there any suggestions or tips on how I could handel this series better? Been trying to get feedback all week but nothings working, if I still don\’t get anything I\’ll just shut up about it and figure it out.
And while I\’m here, I might as well be honest about a few things, first it feels like there\’s been less interest in this series, like, damn my first post done better than some the shit I\’ve spent hours on, so I might just stop posting them entirely until I have enough finished to make a episode or something, because this is just burning me out, because it only really weighs me down and makes me think this project is useless, but I\’m wrong it does have potential (I… think?),
I know you guys would probably like the final product, for its concept is already good.

Honestly been way to hard on myself about this series, been overworking myself on some things honestly, but it\’s worth it, This is my passion and is really one of the only few things I care about in life, like seriously,

Nonetheless I already have a good concept,
He flead to Geogia (US) in 2030 after escaping the collapsing nation of U.T.O.A, but instead of being some ordinary citizen, he was a government experiment apart of 6 different individuals, built to be used as super soldiers, armored skull plates, basically a built in helmet, with ranging form the cliche super strength to being able to magnetically change the direction of bullets (like imagination you shoot at someone and the bullet just turns around 💀) and various other wild ideas I have for this,
This characters abilities are super strength, deadly accuracy, increased awareness, extremely slowed aging, and lazer eyes.
Although the scientists engineered a catch…
His abilities can only be activated by the use of cocaine, (yes I got inspiration from Snowflame) and the more he uses his abilities the more he develops a crippling addiction and make his life living hell, (this later causes a dilemma for the character, I\’ll explain after this sentence), his system is built differently, and to fully activate his power, he has to take a specific amount,(no specific ammont yet im thinking about it) so he can\’t just instantly be powerful.
The scientists did this in fear of him becoming unstoppable
(Could they have done this in a different way? Sure, but, ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯)

Later in the series the Viskan-American War breaks out, and he is in the middle of georgia, I won\’t explain much about this part for this will be the pilot, but anyway, he wants to save people from the Viskan terrors,and eventually becomes a famous superhero, to the point the US government wants to use him as a asset in the war, but each time he has to use his abilities, he gets more and more addicted and eventually gets all those side affects of long term use and withdrawals, and he also runs into the issue of running out, the stuff don\’t make itself after all…
So anyway basically it follows his struggles to both be a superhero but also manage a criminal underground life and addiction that he has to feed to use his powers.

Who, or, What are the Viskans?
They are an extremely religious militia/ gang that started in the late 1990\’s, inspired by a rap duo \”Viskos\” they form little gangs, eventually the little divided groups come together and formed \”The Viskans\” as a way to have a general area for members to meet,
After a big timeskip it\’s 2014 (skipped a lot because video) this is known as the year the \”Global Seige in Terror\” occurred, and global politics and relations were permanently fucked past this year, with extremests, terrorists, and riots breaking out all across the globe
The Viskans launched their first ever attack on Aug 15 called \”The Atlanta Massacre\” when 4 armed Viskans one reportedly with a Mark of The Beast located on his left hand,
At 4:67, during the \”Viskan Rights or Viskans Fight!\” Protests (organized by The Viskans because of a 2013 incident with federal government) there were heavy police units,
The armed individuals headed towards the Freighter Mall, everything else is history, This has been pen pointed as the start of the Viskan-American Conflict, which has been going on for 5 Decades, current date being 2073, The Viskans Pacially control some territories in the south, major territories and capital in Georgia,
Not much to say from here because this is where the show begins, so onto the next topic, which isss….

The Viskan Ideology:
All Viskans believe that one day, the Anti Christ will be born and will grow and become a killing machine, after he is done, a global, \”Warmageddon\” will occur, with natural disasters and endless warfare, starting with all forests slowly catching on fire on the 1st Day then with earthquakes on the 5th, rain on the 6th and finnaly, global eruption of all volcanoes on earth, all at once (on the 7th).
All while this this happening the viskans expect to be fighting to the bitter end with the anti crist leading them foward, to victory! , every last magazine bayonet or morter shell, these bastards aren\’t going away anytime soon…
These guys sound quite delusional huh? Just wait till you hear this…
Once a Viskan Dies they believe they are cast to Hell to serve in Satan\’s Army to keep all sinners in check, and when Warmageddon happens Viskans Expect to rise from the dead and cause all the disasters with their connected spiritual power, and to possess already alive Viskans to help them win the War.
