this makes me think of a minigame mode where when people hit eachother they drop money, the more money the bigger you are and more dmg you deal. Player with most money at the end wins.

your slightly-choppy style is so good
a commonly overlooked (bc its hard, understandably) strategy with combat animation is to get those quick full-body turns into it, like you did here – vamrack does it a lot too
really adds some 3D and power to hits
