A lot of my characters are asymmetrical so I decided to take a trip through memory lane and look at the other side of Daersokus’s face through a really old drawing I made. I decided I wanted you guys to see it too

Alright so as much as I’d love to continue the Neighborhood ruler train with Kaeler, he unfortunately doesn’t have a pre-prepared lore post and I’m in school rn so yeah. Feels bad man. Anyways let’s make do with the *current antagonist*, Dykranos

[Dykranos]

A creature entirely made to be strong and to survive any or all attacks against it, Dykranos is the pinnacle of Varcauis genetic engineering. Dykranos is a lab built bioweapon created originally created to test the limits of their technology and create a perfect soldier for any scenario, and in 13 years time they succeeded. Dykranos was 100% lab grown, made with the genes of a pythin, varcaius, forest-demon, mahkae, Kronos leviathan, telikmor, and many more, she was bred to have the best of their traits and none of the worst. The project to create her was headed by now resigned head scientist Sivlain [**BLANK**] and funded graciously by Varcauis representing king Teldveer Daersokus, throughout its entire creation it was clear that the Dykranos project was going to be implemented in the ongoing war, it was simply just a matter of time. When Dykranos was old enough and formed enough, every day of her life became a strict schedule to which she must abide; a protein-based diet in which she is injected with at least 16lbs of nutrient-based liquid per day, and a workout regimen of 6 hours per day every day of heavy lifting, running, etc. Her body as she has grown as gone from pale white to a dark blue and grows and changes rapidly, at age 10 her body made a drastic change which caused her to grow a singular large eyeball in the center of her face and surrounding it were smaller, beadier eyes. Her bone structure is heavily reinforced and even mechanically augmented and is surrounded by powerful muscle, her skin is covered in a very thick hide of scales and chitin which can stop armor piercing rounds from penetrating, leaving minimal bruising afterwards.

Dykranos is incredibly well trained in most forms of fighting, from martial arts to military training, however she usually lets her brute strength dominate most situations. Dykranos is very effective at ranged fighting too, a great shot with most weapons and has a comprehensive knowledge of how they work if she needs to use them. She sticks to closer quarters combat and uses a specially crafted weapon known as the “Blood Boiler” as her main means of attack.

Despite being a walking bullet sponge and powerhouse, her safety is definitely accounted for. She is outfitted in a heavy Titrium body armor mechanically augmented to help her move easily and efficiently with all of the weight of the suit. Being as Titrium is the strongest known metal in the solar system, most suits are plated with sheets of it, however her suit is plated with 3ft wide layerings of Titrium, creating a suit simply too heavy to wear without mechanical augmentation. Her armor is by almost all accounts indestructible and very multipurpose, acting as a radiation suit, gas mask, scanner, GPS, etc, it is a perfect suit for hunting anyone and anything she chooses to focus on.

Alright let’s get back into it with Teldveer Daersokus. This post is shorter, it’ll have more development soon but as of now it’s currently just a revamp of his old lore.

[Teldveer Daersokus/ Daersokus]

Daersokus is the war-torn representing king of the Varcauis, speaking on the behalf of every Varcauis royal in the Neighborhood meetings. He is a man brutally scarred by war and bares it physically with the gruesome mess of a face he has; half of his mouth is torn to show his teeth and many of his ears are broken and useless. The entire left half of his face is scarred and full of exposed flesh beneath his chitinous armoring and one of his eyes has dulled and turned grey, becoming useless to him. Despite this, Daersokus still takes pride in himself and his people, being a strong yet fair ruler desensitized to anything put before him and overcoming it triumphantly. He has been through everything and has endured and survived the worst and stands as a testament to his people, a living example of perseverance much as say Tiaseeb is a beacon of determination amongst his people.

Daersokus is a singular ruler, unlike Valicone who rules alone by choice, Daersokus had a queen and a child who he no longer associates with. He now chooses to rule alone as he slowly encroaches on the end of his life, almost in his 100’s he stands as the oldest man to rule the Varcauis, however with his age came a lot of wisdom which he applies both in his every day life and in war tactics, most notably being the Dykranos experiment which was *almost entirely* funded by him alone. Now in the post-war days, Daersokus rules just as he did prior, if not a little more reclusive than he was before.

Alright boys new lore today, situated on yet another Pythin character, that being Valicone Gyduel:

[Valicone Gyduel]

The son of Charisko, Valicone is of pure heart and compassion, a complete opposite of who is father was. Valicone was alive 15 years into Charisko’s ruling, and during those years and after, Valicone secretly worked with and funded many organizations and groups who tried to fix what Charisko had caused. As he grew and became more and more of a public figure, it was obvious Valicone had good plans for his people and for the Neighborhood, attending Unlead rallies to speak ‘publicly’ about what he planned for the people when he came into power. Valicone even tried to take down the corporation’s responsible for brainwashing soldiers for Charisko, while most attempts unsuccessful the few that he did manage to close was enough to reduce the amount of people working for Charisko.
After 55 years, Valicone finally became emperor of the Pythins, now with the entire world under his rule, very unstable connections with the Neighborhood, and a war waging on both Fynarios and Skarpticus, he realized how hard it would be to clean up these messes. He soon realized that everything was pitted against him when he figured out that the Pythins were removed from the Neighborhood thus and Valicone was completely unable to connect with the other emperors and empresses, so any actual communication with the Varcauis emperor was nearly impossible.
The Varcauis kept pushing further and further, even when peace was trying to be made by the Pythins, the Varcauis ignored it and kept fighting back, it had gotten to a point where Valicone had to retaliate to keep his people safe, deploying his troops to actively rejoin the fight all in an attempt for survival. Valicone had eventually became absorbed in the war as he kept fighting back, keeping things equal, he would spend days strategizing new ways to fight back or to tell the emperor to call off his troops, but they proved to be fruitless.

He was so concerned about the war and preserving the monarchy that he paid for a midwife and had a child. The child would soon replace him if he were to die or completely drop out of rulership, making the child his second most important thing to protect besides his people.

Valicone became more and more worn and tired of the fighting, but in a cruel twisted way he found out that he didn’t need to fight anymore. It was recently discovered that Daersokus, the Varcauis emperor, had unveiled his solution to this problem. He sent out a single prototype of a war ending monster known as “Dykranos” who’s only objective was to dismantle the entire monarchy system and military of Fynarios and leave them completely hopeless. He knew now that it was useless to fight back so he simply stepped down from the fight and recalled his troops.
