It’s a time of need. The village was damaged by a powerful rogue shinobi, so we need alot of cells for missions.
This is a collab were you make a shinobi OC. They will work together with Hiro Endin on missions, and the best ones will be part of my Haganegakure series. The series is a shinobi series.
So, you need to make jutsus for your OC, and also make a profile on them. You can have 2 chakra natures. They cannot be steel, only fire, water, wind, earth, fire, and lightning.
Your OC can have a kekkai genkai (clan power) but it can’t be too powerful. You can name it whatever. Don’t copy Naruto clans, if you want one of those powers, rename the clan and power, and you can have it (to avoid copyright). You also can have an element kekkai genkai.
Any amount of people’s OCs will be in cell 17, but only the best 3 will be in the actual series’ cell.
There is no deadline. It will be done when I feel like it.
There will also be a variety of missions. Animators and an effects crew will be needed. You can volunteer. To volunteer, send a GIF or MP4 (if you can) of some of your moves. They will need to be action ones. You can also animate text and the story.
You can do a 360 version, and also make weapons for your OC. They can have clans canon to Naruto, but rename them to avoid copyright if that somehow happens.
Yes, the series will be based on Naruto.

This is a starter for the series. The best 3 characters will be part of cell 17 specifically. The other characters will be part of the series, just not the main focus characters.

You can have an OC but not animate, you can animate but not have an OC, but you can also have an OC and animate too. You don’t have to have an OC to animate, and you don’t have to animate to have an OC, and you can do both.
