Cell Number 17 Collab
It’s a time of need. The village was damaged by a powerful rogue shinobi, so we need alot of cells for missions.
This is a collab were you make a shinobi OC. They will work together with Hiro Endin on missions, and the best ones will be part of my Haganegakure series. The series is a shinobi series.
So, you need to make jutsus for your OC, and also make a profile on them. You can have 2 chakra natures. They cannot be steel, only fire, water, wind, earth, fire, and lightning.
Your OC can have a kekkai genkai (clan power) but it can’t be too powerful. You can name it whatever. Don’t copy Naruto clans, if you want one of those powers, rename the clan and power, and you can have it (to avoid copyright). You also can have an element kekkai genkai.
Any amount of people’s OCs will be in cell 17, but only the best 3 will be in the actual series’ cell.
There is no deadline. It will be done when I feel like it.
There will also be a variety of missions. Animators and an effects crew will be needed. You can volunteer. To volunteer, send a GIF or MP4 (if you can) of some of your moves. They will need to be action ones. You can also animate text and the story.
You can do a 360 version, and also make weapons for your OC. They can have clans canon to Naruto, but rename them to avoid copyright if that somehow happens.
Yes, the series will be based on Naruto.

This is a starter for the series. The best 3 characters will be part of cell 17 specifically. The other characters will be part of the series, just not the main focus characters.
You can have an OC but not animate, you can animate but not have an OC, but you can also have an OC and animate too. You don’t have to have an OC to animate, and you don’t have to animate to have an OC, and you can do both.

First thing: the village is located in a valley, and the valley’s hills are actually steel mountains.

The houses are a mix of houses that are in Konohagakure, and Japanese houses from old Japan.

Other landmarks include 8 tall towers on the edges, a much taller tower in the middle of the village, multiple ninja academy buildings, training grounds, and multiple hospitals.

The steel mountains actually surround the village in a circle, and they are literally mountains made of steel.

Rasengan
A jutsu able to be used by anyone within the Haganegakure village. It is a change in chakra form, and rotates very quickly. It’s essentially a highly enhanced melee attack.

Steel + fire = Red hot steel (elemental kekkai genkai)
It\’s literally steel but the steel is thousands of degrees. Red hot steel has no natural weakness. -

@hiroendin. So, his kekkei Genkai is TIDAL WAVE (Tsunami) with that kekkei Genkai he can Control water Pressure, some Attacks that he haves with this kekkei Genkai are.
Water Blade: shoots a water beam of the size of a needle with so much streng, that its able to cut almost everything (if well trained)
Tidal Punch: Punches with the streng of a Tsunami and speed of a waterfall (not Literally). This Attack could break a mountain, but only with years of training.
Water Jail 2.0 : the same jutsu of water Jail but this time, its eternal, this could be considered as an seal jutsu
Blue whale: creates a mass of water with the size of a whale on the air, and then it falls to the enemy crushing him with the weight of like 10 elephants…or more-

I’m also adding an upside to the Water Jail 2.0. It can be undone but only if Kimbru does it and willingly wants it to be done. It also can only be done if Kimbru is the only one who wants it undone (excluding friends and family). So it’s impossible for Kimbru to be threaten or tortured into undoing it on an enemy.

Ok sounds fine to me, but if I can use my kekkei Genkai advanced Abilitys I will creat a basic one.
Wave: Shoots some water with some force in the form of a “C”. This Attack can cause some Serious damage but its not a mortal Attack….also its kinda slow

Creates water in the air next to the electricity from a lightning jutsu, and makes all the lightning be conducted into the water, then the water disappears along with the lightning. Medium training level needed.

Well, we need OCs before we can do missions. It’s also mostly a starter for the series. The animators for this will be animators for the series itself. The collab is about making a start for the series. I can also see how good people are at animating/making stickfigures too. I may even use some of the animations in the actual series.
