Welcome, I’ll do random things here, updates, series, remakes, etc. Not much to say, it’s pretty simple.

Max is apart of a team, known by all Grodotians as the heroic Crazy 8.
each member has their own element based power. Max here controls the wind. His Hiperblade requires no mag because it shoots compress balls of air at rocket speed, in order to load it, he just redirects air inside the barrel.

Hiperblade and Graffiti Portal test.
If another end hasn’t been painted, he can do so through the portal. In the realm he enters to portal travel, it’s all blue. Any wall is a glowing 2D shape similar to the surface. He can draw another portal from the “inside” of the wall and get out.

If the wall that the second graffiti portal is on (when he’s in the real, drawing it) the portal will disappear, and he has to try again. The portion of that wall will no longer glow.

One of Max’s new abilities: Graffiti.
But seriously, he can create creatures with an enchanted [never emptying] Graffiti can. Just using Billy as an example, I’m not saying Max will make paint biscuits and do shit with it.
Not sure how I want them to work as far as affecting the physical people near them, but I know they can’t leave walls. They can travel through wires and anything connected to the wall, but not the ground.
If you have played Concrete Genie, you should know well what I’m getting at. Fun game imo

The Mask of the Hunt allows the wearer to see an early ‘shadow’ of the movements from the person that look at. They can also see footprints, up to a day old.
It got it’s name because of the inspiration. Known only as The Hunter, these one eyed creatures have been known to hunt and track their prey for weeks, just to kill them. Half the time, they kill for the fun.

Hoodless version. Hood will lol similar to Link’s hat, but connected to the shirt

Max has different masks, like Link. Each one a different ability, which activates a symbol on his clothing. When he wars the mask the symbol glows
Eye – Sees footprints and predicts movements
Fist – Increased Strength at cost of speed
Foot – Increased Speed at cost of strengthMore will be spread out along his outfit, these are what I have so far

Progress
Thinking if some concept for the metal:
It’s made with a neon blue liquid energy (which gives the metal a blueish tint) found it a certain plant, known as Lunos. This, in early Grodotian history, fueled the idea that plants are gifts from god capable of providing immortality. Religion yet to come.
This is why most Grodotians were vegetarians, and over time it became lifestyle. The plant based diets are part of the reason why Grodotians are so athletic, again fueling the beliefs of god-given plants.

yo, i really love this new max and all, but..
I just feel like the old max is better. Its also his iconic look, and with this new version it doesn’t have anything remotely resembling him besides the name.
his hair isn’t even brown anymore! and most of the time he wears this hood and there is literally no way to know that’s max without someone telling you.
I just wish this was an outfit of his, or somebody new entirely.
Maybe a dude with black or blonde hair, with a name like Lloyd Larson or Brandon Brown or something.

Thanks for the advice, but
First I changed his hair because I dyed mine blue. Remember Max is my physical and personality representative. As far as the outfit, I just didn’t like the simply tank top and jeans. I wanted Grodotians to look more fantasy oriented, and the modern clothing couldn’t do that. And the hood was to avoid doing hair, but I gave in and just recolored his other hair.
And I understand what you meant, and how that was supposed to be friendly but…no offense you do realize I have full control over this character, I just wanted to change him bro lol

I’m generally aight with this new Max or whatever, though I feel it’s a shame to let go of that pencil idea. It was kinda cool.
