Rough Patch:
• Sometime during the Mid 1980s and in the Kerisma Sea, a Naval Vessel that came out from the “Socialist Republic of Caobia” destroyed a Oil Rig off of the Nearby Coast that is of the “United Federation of Talonia”, the Current President of Tolania at the Time didn’t like the News that came out of it and began plans for a Small Skirmish near the Region of “Genaro”—this would spiral as both Nations now were on a Full Scale Outbreak of War and started attacking each other with their Armies, though eventually a Peace Agreement was signed but by that point, most of Caobia’s Territory south of the Region of “Bleco” was gone and they had to pay Massive Reputable Funds back to the Tolanians for the Incident that Caobia caused by blowing up a Oil Rig owned by the Talonians—during sometime in Early August of 1991, the “Republic of Korelia” joined the Conflict during the Final Stages of the Crisis to gain some Land near the Region of “Vapno” but their Declaration Claim for War involved them saying that “Caobia had caused the Economic Network in Mervatia to collapse for this ongoing Crisis”, so they might have a Say in the Post War Seats, though the War was almost Over by that Point and they only gained a few Provinces from the “Northos Landover” Act proposed by Talonia at the Table.
