Abilities:
a r t i l l e r y(calling some missles and deal some damage)calling some more fbi dudes for about 12 seconds then disappear(spawns 5 bodyguards with pistols and shoot for 12 seconds)
T A C T I C A L N U K E(calling a nuke and removing half health,yeah this is OP as nugget so dont use it alot)
!HACK!(hacking anything near Federal Bureau of Investigation)
some vietnam dudes(just spawns vietnam soldiers with M16\’s and disappear after 5 seconds)
giving you PTSD(makes the enemy…get PTSD..?)
FBI OPEN UP(spawns 10 S.W.A.T breaking through a door behind the enemy and shoot em for about 8 seconds)
SIMP. BE. GONE. (yeets the enemy into space,loosing some damage or something,then get shot in the face)-

For the battle of the liquid heads,
Milkys powers:
Can control calcium in the form of milk kinds like a water bender but, Yknow milk.Very skilled in close combat with knives.
Has a stand which he barley uses unless he’s battling a stand user OR he’s in a tight spot.
Will list stand abilities below. After milkys weaknessessHe has a high dexterity and is good at jumping around(IE: Parker)
Milkys Weaknesses:
He ain’t the best at long range fighting in which he uses his ability to shoot milk at the person, or he throws his knives but that’s a last resort.
He might also use his stand which can shoot high bolts of milk that can cut through rock.His head being a milk carton is a weak point but it isn’t super weak to be just punctured very quickly.
Also avoids getting his head close to the enemy as to avoid thisStand abilities:
Can touch people and melt their bones.

Lemme reword. Spice girl can only have a fixated amount of elasticity. Quazar has the ability to change the level of elasticity whenever it’s commanded to.
