Hailes is a medium-sized planet split into two regions, the northern reaches a tropical, resource rich wetland, and the south a dry desert. Hailes is a very low-income planet, and all of it’s cities are visibly slums. It has not developed an official currency yet, and is arisen with smuggling and gun crime. Hailes is formerly a territory of the Bet-A collective. Collective citizens are still permitted to reside in Hailes, and the collective’s Regulan Guard is still active from the independence conflict.
