Quick draw holster: basically got some special magnet like things that makes it so he can whip out his gun quite fast.
Backpack: stores weapons.
Armor: the only armor in a couple dimensions and many systems that is both strong against plasma and led/kinetic attacks
Boots: basically the agility (but not range) of ODM gear from Attack on Titan
