Picture a country with Asian, Albanian, and Russian craze, known for a period of time where their military (more specifically, a general) illegally used drugs to forward their troops’ combative skills.

Forutian infantry uniform.

Forutia is a country I created that is based on the British Regent Era, with a Russian twist. The country itself is known as the Regency of Forutia.

This uniform is a prototype. I need design help.
