1960, Havica fighting strong in the Atlas civil war, by 1965 Havica joins the USSR, the UTOA are outnumbered extremely, and combined with its crippling economy when the U.N.F.A (a root cause for WW3)
United Nazi Fediration Of Atlas is what it stands for,

The origin of UNFA was durring the begging of WW2, UTOA was suffering so the germans take advantage and “invite” UTOA to join the German Empire,
Skipping a few years of history, germany falls but the ideology stays strong in UTOA, and soon the rise of another dictator, Michael Swons Bain,
