I’ve always liked cinema, that’s clear enough.

I don’t think that’ll be the case, A.I only works well for what it’s been programmed to do.
What I mean is that, there are different types of A.I models and the ones that people use are typically only for recreational usage and the way these models produce the content they do is through humans telling them what looks good, what works and what doesn’t. For this reason they would hardly be able to have the processing power or capability to produce films or other highly creative high quality workings.
If A.I were to advance so far that they could intuitively come up with film ideas and have the processing power to make it a reality, there’s a good chance this wouldn’t be in the hands of your average person.
A.I might have an influence over many things but I don’t know if it will have as much hold over creativity as people may think. I could be wrong but I don’t think you should lose hope in cinema or potentially cinematography just because some robot makes Will Smith eat spaghetti.

Honestly, i get the point, and i agree that AI, like many tools we’ve seen ‘revolutionize the industry’ before, will eevntually die out.
Take 3D animation, for example.
Back in the 90’s everybody feared it, animators quit their jobs over the fear that they were being replaced.
Yet look where we are, after CEO’s started shoving down 3D animations everywhere, the public realized that the content they were getting was simply not good, and 3D animation simply started co-existing with 2D animation.AI animation, unlike 3D doesnt even look good.
People like it for the concept of easily creating their own movies, logos, or cartoons, but one it hits the big screen? People realize it’s simply not good.That said, i do still have some concern for the cinema, simply for the fact that i fear my vision is one the public doesn’t want to see.
Westerns were good in the 60’s, but nowadays nobody likes them, so i constantly go back to the idea of “what if i try, but still end up losing?”
My point is, im scared of failing, and im scared that im intrested in an industry that doesnt want people like me anymore.

I don’t know how you might translate westerns into modern media but if there’s anything I’ve learnt from sharing my interests and ideas, it’s that sometimes, even if you can’t get people on board directly, you just got to find what does work and allow that be a factor in how you drive your interests forward without selling out or giving up.
I haven’t seen many western films but I’ve always been a big fan of old martial art movies, and I know that if we had a old martial art film today, not many people would enjoy it, but if I wanted to share that with the world, I’d just have to find what makes it great at its core values and do enough with the middle ground to reach a final product that people can enjoy while keeping true to the source material.

Ideally something that I get to combine All of my talents for.Something that has always been really prevalent as a dream job for me is being a content creator, as it could allow that talent blender I want. And as icky as the word has become for some people, something like a vtuber seems ideal for it. That said, I’ve always wanted to give it my own unique spin, which is part of the reason why I’ve recently been getting serious about learning how to program stuff.

2025 went from hopeful at the start, to awful at the end with a lot of my hopes not measuring up to how reality is, while also losing a lot of the comfort I had in the process since I moved in october.
As corny as it sounds I feel jaded about expecting 2026 to be much different.
Things were at least familiar in 2025, not so sure about now. I’m basically back at square one, where I was at the end of 2024 lol.Regardless, I’m just going to keep going and do what I can to improve my situation, even if it doesn’t amount to much.

Sorry to hear that, I know what you mean.
The start of this year and the few months following from that point, had me living like how I was in 2024 and late 2023. I was lucky enough to have that changed and started to have more choice in my life, but the significant change has been a lot and I’ve been more-so just adjusting these few months as opposed to making any really meaningful choices.
I’m expecting 2026 to be different because I feel abundantly aware of what’s happening around me and what might happen next, but things can still be unpredictable and that worries me as far as plans go.

Not completely unrelated, but I have been eating a clove of garlic each day and I think I have an addiction.
I ate 4 cloves of garlic today, only in the evening though, that way I can brush my teeth and I won’t smell like an Italian kitchen for too long.

“Blood on the Snow” a 1 Year Anniversary Video I’m making about A prisoner of war named “Kilo” who fought for the Aetherian Army of Cier until the city of Aether 1.0 was bombed by Blackwatch.
Kilo finds himself in the snowing Kaihon Forest after Chronos’s unit chases him from a labor camp in the area. Kilo managed to arm himself with a rifle, a revolver, and a combat knife in his escape.
