🚨 Punishments & Warnings System 🚨
In order to keep the SL running smoothly, we have rules and regulations to maintain structure and consistency, we do prioritise high quality work, but we care more about our employees.
⚠️ Regular Warning ⚠️
These warnings are given under most circumstances regarding a lack of consideration and care, specifically when..> The individual claims to cover that day’s entry, only to back away afterwards.
> Individual’s repeatedly miss days and show no acknowledgement of the SL, it’s schedule or those who remind others of their shifts.
> Individual’s who disregard the formatting and showcase negative behaviour consistently towards others.
These warnings are usually given under repeated circumstances, small mistakes or hiccups in how a user conducts themself is usually forgiven and ignored, but depending on the context, these warnings will be issued.
5 Regular Warnings results in a ban from the SL permanently. Revoking warnings is achievable through consistent adherence to rules and regulations.
‼️ Content Warning ‼️
Failure to follow the required format of the SL entries will result in a content warning, to avoid content warnings, make sure to format your posts properly, refer to ‘ Entry Requirements ‘ for more information on how to structure your entries.3 Content warnings result in one regular warning. By this logic, 15 content warnings results in a ban from the SL permanently, of course if you adhere to the rules and guidelines, these warnings may also be revoked.
