  • Todays Song Of The Day: Debonaire by Dope (Released on September 14th 1999 on Felons and Revolutionaries Album)

I’ve just found out about this song yesterday and it’s lowkey got me a bit hooked to it already after a few listens to it, I think I stated this before but I like when the vocalist have a radio voice/static sounding voice to the track (going to link two versions for different sounding vocals) plus he kinda sounds like Marilyn Manson to me, and I also think that the guitarist carried on this song more than the drummer tbh and that’s surprising to me though I still have to give the drummer his props because it still sounds really good. And for my overall final rating for the song I’d give it a 8/10 since it’s a good rock song that I’ve found in quite a while. And obviously I recommend for you guys to listen to it, I need interactions while I work on my animation (posting updates tomorrow)

  • Todays Song Of The Day: Freek’n You by Jodeci released on July 18th, 1995 on The show, The After Party, The Hotel Album

this song is easily one of my top 15 rnb songs that I have on my playlist and technically my favorite anime outro songs too, im saying that because this song was an outro for Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure part 5 which is very cool. The chorus (if that’s what it’s called) for this song is really good especially if you listen to it with headphones on and the lead singer definitely did really good on this song like any other group did back in the day. For my final rating this song is getting a respectful 9.8 out of 10 with my only complaint is that the vocals can be a bit off at some points, but who knows maybe I’m just listening to hard. Anyways LISTEN TO THE SONG PLEASE BRO I NEED MY GROUP TO STAY ALIVE!!

    • Note: This is a repost since I didn’t post it in the correct format last time so that’s just a heads up that’s all, also tomorrow I will be attempting to make at least two new groups dedicated to something people might actually want to view.

  • Todays Song Of The Day: Throw Money Everywhere by Kanye West (unreleased officially on Good A** Job)

This song has recently became one of my favorite unreleased kanye leaks since it’s a very good hip-hop song he made back in his prime, and I personally love the type of vocals that he’s using to make his voice sound like it’s coming from a radio/loud mic. It’s really a shame that he didn’t officially release this album since it has some good hits on there that I’d listen to on repeat like this song, the beat for this song remind me of something that you’d hear at a family gathering or cookout that people would dance to which is why the melody attracts me to it alot. Overall I give this song a deservingly 10/10 and of course I’d recommend you to listen to it 100%, my only complaint is that the song is a little too short for me since this a good version of it unlike the others imo. Also sorry for not posting and abandoning my groups I’m really trying to get myself back on track it’s just really hard for me.

  • Todays Song Of The Day: Saccharine by VIOLENT VIRA (Released on November 14th, 2025 on Lover Of A Ghost)

I don’t know if this counts as metal or not to y’all and if not then I’ll try again, but this song is so freaking good that it surprised me that I never listened to it on my rock playlist at ALL, and I swear bro female lead singers for rock/metal bands or solo are always so good to listen to like the current one for linkin park, Paramore, or Joan Jett. The vocals on this song is so freaking amazing because I like when they always do the tone shift along with the guitar and ESPECIALLY the drums for me personally, this song most definitely has replayability and might even be my favorite song for at least a week on this group besides Chicago by Michael Jackson. Easily a 10/10 song from me and of course I ABSOLUTELY recommend you guys to listen to it right now if you have the time. (By the way I might post another rock/metal song tomorrow and it’s personally just as good as this one.)

  • Todays Song Of Shame: Some Unreleased Song by 4nTobz

Upcoming drill rapper 4ntobz previews possibly the most unlistenable snippet of all time
    byu/Subject-Property-343 incrappymusic

First off i need to give a volume warning for anybody that has the audacity to preview this with headphones on because it\’s really loud, anyways i can say with full confidence that this is the WORST song that\’ll ever be in this category by far. Listening to this beat absolutely fries my brain and the video hurts my eyes too with all of the capcut flashing effects. When i decided to look deeper into this \”artist\” i found that their others songs were just as bad and if not then WORSE, i would rather listen to kill karl, tom mcdonald, and dax COMBINED than ever hear this battery acid consumption of a song. 0/10 i never want to hear this excuse if a rapper ever again, thank god it wasn\’t over 2 minutes long.

  • Todays Song Of Shame: My Fault by Cashout Nardo featuring Mac Snoop (Released on October 15th, 2025)

I wouldn’t say that this song is unbearable but i genuinely can’t find ANYBODY listening to ts unironically, the beat is mid and sounds copy and pasted or rather generic, and the ad-libs are pure buns because he doesn’t even really say it right on time, and idk what unc was mumbling bout most of the time on this song tbh. So as an overall rating after listening to this against my will, im going to give it a 4/10 but surprisingly it’s not even as bad as the next songs i have in store or even worse than phonk so i’d consider it a good score. Also don’t be shocked if you see a 0/10 on the next one because the rest are pure buns and LITERAL earrape. This really is his fault for releasing this garbage so idek why he would drop this knowing that.

  • Yesterday, January 9th, an album nearly 16 years in the making was officially released. With this in mind, I present to you:
A SONG OF THE DAY SPECIAL FEATURE (Brought to you by Red)
    The Protomen (Act I)
Act II: The Father of Death
    and
Act III: This City Made Us

    A Brief Introduction
The Protomen are a Nashville, Tennessee based band who, for the last 2 decades, have been producing a series of Concept Albums featuring a unique, dramatized 80s rock-opera version of the Classic Mega Man story. It started as a college project designed to be the antithesis to everything their professors were teaching them about music and in 2003, the band recorded the first track for their debut self-titled album. This track, Due Vendetta would be the last to appear of the album, which was officially released in 2005. Two decades later, the band has released two other albums in story and are actively hinting at a fourth in an ARG released alongside the physical version of Act III.

This SONG OF THE DAY SPECIAL FEATURE will separate each album into its own section. Each section will include a playlist containing the album itself as well as a link to the album’s Genius page so that you can read along with the lyrics and unspoken Lyric Notes. Because of these unspoken notes, it is paramount that you be reading along if you hope to take in the full story. As an example, the intro track of Act II: The Father of Death, Intermission, is an Instrumental, but contains a written letter in the Lyric Notes that would otherwise go entirely unread. At the end of each section, I will draw attention to a few songs from each album to highlight them as my favorites from that album.

    The Protomen (Act I)

    LYRICS: https://genius.com/albums/The-protomen/The-protomen

The Protomen (Act I), released in 2005, is the first part in The Protomen’s original retelling of the Classic Mega Man story. It is also the only one that really lines up with any story originally told by the games. Specifically, Robot Masters from Mega Man and Mega Man 2 get explicitly named and the general story being told combines story beats from Mega Man and Mega Man 3.

Act 1 features heavy distortion in many of its tracks. Although this is more indicative of the mindset the band had towards their professors at the time, it’s also indicative of the state of the world in this version of the story as it’s gets told to us. This is a world where Dr. Light lost. Dr. Wily, by this point in the timeline, is a mad tyrant. And humanity is on its knees, desperate for a hero.

    My Favorite Tracks Are:
    III: The Will of One
V: The Stand (Man or Machine)
    and
    VI: Sons of Fate

Act II: The Father of Death

    LYRICS: https://genius.com/albums/The-protomen/Act-ii-the-father-of-death

Act II: The Father of Death, released in 2009, is a prequel to Act 1 and follows a fully original version of the schism in the friendship of Doctors Thomas Light and Albert Wily. It introduces fully original characters that play important roles in the life of Dr. Light both before and after Wily’s takeover. If you’ve heard any song by The Protomen before, then it was probably Light Up the Night from this album, as it was used in the 2022 trailer for Telltale’s The Wolf Among Us 2 and covered in 2024 by DethKrunch for the Peacock Original Series Hysteria!. It was also used as part of a commentary-less portion of a Metal Gear Solid 4 retrospective titled Metal Gear Solid 4 was a Mistake by Steak Bentley on YouTube (https://youtu.be/93-_r0w7ykI?si=D0b8lNZGDWIgZ7kN).

The music here is much less distorted than Act 1, indicating that, while things are getting worse for Man, the world is not yet too far gone. Hope is still alive in the hearts of those with the will to stand, though fear is still very present, as Wily has eyes and ears everywhere.

We learn in this Act exactly what Wily did to Light as well as the reason Light still fights to begin with in Act 1.

    My Favorite Tracks Are:
    The Hounds
    Breaking Out
    Keep Quiet
    and
    Light Up the Night

Act III: This City Made Us

    LYRICS: https://genius.com/albums/The-protomen/Act-iii-this-city-made-us

Act III: This City Made Us was teased in 2015 and began officially releasing in October of 2025 and finally finished releasing at MAG Fest 2026 on January 9th, 2026. Act 3 primarily follows the stories of Dr. Light, Rock (Mega Man), and Roll. As Roll’s hopeful optimism clashes with Light’s depressive nihilism. Roll’s side of the story shows her efforts in building a resistance against Wily whereas Light’s shows his insistence that there is no way out of this unless HE does something. Mega Man serves as a midpoint between the two as the while he still wants to fight for humanity, the events of Act 1 have diminished his…[Read more]

  • Todays Song Of The Day: Telephone by Lady Gaga featuring BeyoncΓ©

Kinda embarrassing to admit but i like listening to this song every month or so because i like listening to lady gaga sometimes, but the song is really good and it’s was kind of unexpected for beyoncΓ© and lady gaga to make a song together but it turned out to be really good. But as an overall final rating i give the song a solid 7.5-8/10, there’s nothing really wrong with the song but the beat can get a little dull sometimes if you listen to it a bit too much. But thankfully it’s not THAT overplayed like some other songs so yeah i’d definitely recommend it if you like either beyoncΓ© or lady gaga.

  • Todays Song Of The Day: POWER by Kanye West

This is easily one of my favorite songs off of this album besides runaway and all of the lights, the beat is really good and remixes 21st century schizoid man by king crimson which is also a really great song imo. The lyricism is also great since it was kanye in his prime, so as an overall final rating for this song i give it a 10/10 since it’s really good and basically never gets old when playing it. And OBVIOUSLY i recommend this song for you guys to listen to since it has a great beat and lyrics.

  • Todays Song Of The Day: Don’t Tap That Glass / Tweakin’ by Tyler The Creator

The beats are great and especially on the second part/separate song Tweakin’, also i’m pretty sure this album is just a dance album which is why there’s alot of hype beats and stuff. As an overall and final rating i give this song a very high 9/10, and if you’re into dance albums or great beats then if course i recommend this song for you guys to listen to. Even if it’s just for either or part if the song.

  • Todays Song Of The Day: Aerials by System Of A Down

The guitar and drums on this song are really good along with the vocals and overall beat, and in my opinion System Of A Down is a really good rock band to listen to right next to linkin park. I give the song a rating of a solid 9/10 as a final rating, but i definitely recommend it for anyone who is into rock bands or rock in general.

  • Songs I Like: Good Life by Kanye West (Featuring T-Pain)

This is a nice feel good song or just a hype song to listen to every once in a while, and i personally really like the music video and it’s style that it went for at the time and the fact that both Kanye and T-Pain made a song together that’s actually a very good one especially with the beat that they used for it. I’d give it an nice and simple 9.5/10 or even a 10/10. And of course i recommend it, so you should listen to it and see if you like.
