Have you ever felt like your post- as good as it is, didn’t get the full recognition you knew it could? Well, look no further! Stickmail is a mail service that focuses on sharing content to different people, depending on their subscription status.
When a user creates a post, they will have the option to mention all eligible members of a given status. A status is simply defined by what type of content the subscribed user of Stickmail wants to see ( You can read more about this below ).

Despite ‘ Subscription ‘ implying a paid service, Stickmail is completely free, but does require verification. To mention a status group, you must verify your post by getting in contact with a member of our team first.
📜 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 📜
These rules are in place to regulate and monitor the performance of Stickmail to avoid excessive interference with different users time here and to help in managing certain processes.
1. Basic rules apply 🤝
Basically, be respectful to fellow users, if you happened to get accidentally tagged, please remain calm and allow our team to resolve the issue by contacting us.
2. Receiving Stickmail 📩
As a member of the site, using the Stickmail system; you will be tagged in different posts given that you consent to receiving a mention beforehand. If you did not consent to being tagged in a post, you should check to see if you’re apart of any subscription statuses you was not aware of.
3. Sending Stickmail 📨
To send Stickmail, you will need to verify yourself or your post by mentioning a member of our team beforehand so that we can confirm whether or not you are allowed to mention others in posts. Mentioning a status without permission is not allowed and you will be banned from the group and quite possibly the site.
4. Verifying your Group ✅
Verifying your group is very simple, you must create a new post in this group covering these REQUIRED things; Name of your group, link to the group, a little bit about the group and finally, you must mention a member of our team so that they may verify it.

✉️ Stickmail – What you need to know ✉️
Stickmail is a sort of notification service, how it works is that a user will agree to being mentioned to specific types of posts by commenting under the ‘Subscription Statuses‘, providing their user mention and maybe a little bit of text saying that they consent to being mentioned. 🔔
A ‘Subscription Status‘ is just the different types of posts that you can be mentioned in, ranging from group updates, art posts to important update posts and more. If you write your mention in a specific subscription status, you will entitled to receive a mention from those specified types of posts. 📨
If you want to mention a subscription status, you will need to verify your posts and your group by contacting a member of our team, which is provided for in the group description. 👤
Let’s recap
Stickmail is a consent form for people like group owners, artists and other creators who want to reach more people with their posts. Mentioning a group of people normally would be frowned upon, but if people consent to it beforehand, it’s okay and they are free to cancel anytime.
No money is involved, this is strictly just a way for creators to boost the reach and engagement of their posts. The only catch is that you need to verify yourself and your work before you mention anyone, if you want to be mentioned instead of mentioning others, you do not need to verify anything, all you need to do is follow the steps and provide a mention to the right type of mention consent form, AKA, ‘Subscription Statuses’.

Hello everyone, this is what I’ve been working on the past day or so.
Basically the Site’s big consent form to be able to do @everyone but for the site instead of Discord.

It’s just a lot of text, aside from that, it’s pretty straight-forward.
If you made a comic post in your countryballs group, then anyone who agrees to get mentioned can be mentioned each time you make a comic post. You’d just have to make a post in this group following the steps and from there, anyone who agrees to receive a mention can be mentioned whenever you choose.

Why do we need this?
What do you mean, ‘ Why do we need this? ‘
If someone hosts a collab or makes a great piece of art or an animation they spent a long time on, people within the specific subscriptions statuses can be mentioned so that the person who has made said post will get more traction on it.
There’s no point to anyone posting here if nobody sees it, sometimes people miss it because of their own lives getting in the way and so they forget to check or just so happen to miss the post.

Site log?
The Site Log is less direct and it’s been around for a while now to the point where as much as people might appreciate the effort that’s gone into it for so long, realistically it’s not something they aren’t familiar with. A mention is always the most direct way to get someone’s attention, so if people consent to having their mention used, they can be directly contacted when something has been made.

…My good man, this is a relatively tight knit community. Who in the hell are we boosting engagement too? I’d get this if we weren’t so connected- but, most of us are friendly and know each other as far as you can based on just the internet
but if this is so people can see things they missed that day, they can either just go back to see it, or look at the days log

It might seem that way, but I’ve been around this place a lot longer than you have, I’ve seen people come and go and the ones that do who occasionally check in, miss certain posts because they’re busy.
You might not see it but I believe this to be a good way to reach more people. Outside of groups and other content you’re used to seeing, if one user visits occasionally and they get mentioned whenever there is a new app update, that’s very useful, rather than sifting through posts or site pages to view it.
Stick Nodes is an animation site, by very definition, the people here are creators.
Concept of trying to explain Sticknodes to a certified moderator of Sticknodes is lost on me.
